GiftSystems was founded as a protest. A protest against the temporary, the plastic, and the thoughtless. We observed that the world was moving faster, while the objects surrounding us were becoming lighter and more disposable.
We spent three years mapping the intersection of modern lifestyle and ancient craft. We partnered with generational weavers in the Andes, glassblowers in the Czech Republic, and distillers in the Japanese Alps. Our mission was simple: to create systems that anchor the user in the present moment.
Today, our Portland-based studio acts as a clearinghouse for intentional objects. We don't have a marketing team; we have curators. We don't have customers; we have collectors of moments.

I. DATA ACQUISITION
We collect names and addresses solely for the fulfillment of physical systems. We do not sell, rent, or lease our mailing lists to third-party marketing entities. Your presence in our archive is private.
II. FINANCIAL SECURITY
All financial interactions are handled through Tier-1 encrypted gateways. GiftSystems does not store raw credit card data on local servers. We use tokenized identification to ensure your capital is safe.

I. ARTISANAL VARIANCE
Because our artifacts are crafted by hand using organic materials, users must accept that slight variances in color, texture, and geometry are inevitable. These are not flaws; they are the fingerprints of the artisan.
II. RETURNS & RESTORATION
Due to the limited nature of our systems, returns are accepted within 14 days only if the archival seal is intact. Bespoke commissions are final sale once the sourcing phase has commenced.
